Cayman Model / 2007 Parade of Homes
Ocala, FL

We started off with a beautiful piece of land, almost three acres with rolling hills and the most gorgeous sunsets
imaginable. From there we added a stem wall foundation for a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath masterpiece that totals 3639 square
feet living.

We are truly honored to build our Cayman model in Autumn Downs, a gated equestrian community located off of
County Road 326 in Ocala / Anthony. Adding to our excitement was the opportunity to show the home in the 2007 Marion County
Builder's Association Parade of Homes in April & May.
This was our first ICL home in the parade, though IPC Services has designed many parade winners for other builders in
previous years. We were thrilled to finally have the chance to show off IPC's design alongside ICL's quality construction
in such a well-known event. This home has some unique features that set it above and beyond the competition. We were
in a tough category with some very well-known and respected builders, yet our house proved to be what the judges were looking
for... we took first place in our category!

The ceilings feel mile-high throughout the residence, with double coffers and elaborate trays in many rooms. A grand
stacked stone fireplace is the focal point of the living room, which also boasts custom built cabinetry for an entertainment
center and wet bar.

|
An arched pass through leads your eye into a grand kitchen, featuring cabinetry by Sag Harbor and beautiful countertops
by Olde World Granite. Elegant touches abound, from the large island to the decorative bookshelves and wine rack.

|

|
Enjoying a snack at the island, one can easily take in a sporting event or their favorite TV show as they view the
big screen in the adjacent family room. There's plenty of room to entertain, with guests able to mill about through the
kitchen, nook, and family room. A cabana bath adjoins the family room and offers easy access to the pool.

|
Also on this end of the house, one finds the two spacious guest bedrooms and their adjoining Jack & Jill bath.
This bath is so well designed that you could easily have three people using it simultaneously and still maintain their privacy.

|
The utility room leads from the main house body to the garage, but that's not all it does. This utility room is quite
large, and could most likely be redesigned to meet any crafter/ hobbyist's needs. We eliminated some of the cabinetry in this
particular model in order to accomodate a second fridge for our client.

The garage itself is a little different than most - it offers the ultimate in drive-through simplicity. Two garage
doors and lots of driveway mean never having to back up your car (or boat if that's what you keep in there)! Simply drive
in from whichever side you desire. When it's time to go, just drive straight on out!

A special thanks to Ron Ewers for letting us borrow his beautifully restored '57 Chevy during the Parade of Homes. It
really drew some attention to our unique garage!
|
The other end of the house features a remarkable master suite and den, all with large windows to take in the breathtaking
views. A sitting area off of the master bedroom provides a nice place to take in the morning newspaper and coffee with views
of the pool and backyard. An expansive master bedroom means no worries about furniture arrangement - it'll all fit!

|

|
|

|
The piece de resistance in this home, however, is the master bathroom. This is the showstopper! Walking in from either
den or bedroom, one will have an unbelievable view of relaxation at its finest. His and hers vanities line the side walls,
while your eye is drawn to a mitered glass alcove at the far end of the room. In that alcove sits a magnificent Kohler Sok
bathtub, an edgeless unit with chromatherapy lights to help you dream of far-off places. Looking out the windows you will
feel as if you are literally sitting outside in a beautiful landscaped garden, complete with waterfall trickling down a stacked
stone privacy wall. If you can't relax here, there is just no hope for you!

Details make the difference in any home. We focus on true value, not just perceived value. Some of the visible details
that enhance this home include decorative corner blocks on all baseboards, a decorative rug effect in the dining room floor
tile, beautiful granite, and oil rubbed bronze plumbing fixtures in functional, yet aesthetically pleasing styles.

Another nice feature is the dual tankless water heaters mounted in the garage. These provide instantaneous hot water
on demand, meaning you never have to take a cold shower again. It also ensures you have plenty of hot water to fill up that
gorgeous Sok tub!
