the 35 year extensive experience and unsurpassed reputation of Nadeau Construction with the state of the art tech-savvy infrastructure
of ICL Builders Group.

for growth, our residential construction team is expanding our target market area to include Alachua and other neighboring
counties of North Central Florida. In addition, we are in the planning stages of a commercial division.

Nadeau Construction Unlimited has been specializing
in custom-built homes in Marion County since 1971. The company was started by Andre’s father Roger
in the late 1960’s in Troy, New York before moving to Florida in 1971. As a member of the Marion
County Building Industry Association, Nadeau Construction has selflessly supported the building community for years, and has
served as a former president of the Marion County Building Industry Association and a state board director.

Nadeau homes simply
speak for themselves. Attention to detail, innovative designs, the latest building technologies, talented
decorating and an unparalleled attention to customer relations has earned Nadeau Construction Unlimited, Inc. a reputation
that is second to none. In recent years, Nadeau has lead the home building community with numerous 1st
place trophies in the annual Marion County Building Industries spring Parade of Homes. But as Andre always
says “Don’t take our word for it, come see our models for yourself and you be the judge.”

Born and raised
in Ocala, Rusty learned about construction from his father, Wayne, who was a registered building, roofing, and mechanical
contractor in Marion County for more than 16 years. Through high school and college, Rusty continued to learn different trades
by working a variety of construction related jobs.
|
|
During the seven years that he
worked for Curington Contracting, he realized that he was passionate about home design and construction. In 1996 he obtained
his State of Florida Certified Building License. In 2000, Rusty founded IPC Services, Inc. a preconstruction service company
focusing primarily on custom home design and drafting. IPC Services continues to assist many builders,
including Nadeau Construction, with home designs and other services.

In 2003,
ICL Builders Group, Inc. was formed in response to a request from a customer of IPC Services, Inc. Over the years, ICL
Builders Group, Inc. has grown to earn a reputation of superb quality, creative building projects and satisfied customers.
